Lacrosse Analyst

Mark Dixon joined ESPN as a lacrosse analyst in 2006. Since that time he has served many roles for the network’s coverage, including game and studio analyst, sideline reporter and play-by-play commentator.

Dixon began his broadcasting career in 1997 as the radio analyst for Johns Hopkins lacrosse, and in 2004 he moved over to television as an analyst for WMAR in Baltimore. Dixon is also a contributor to Inside Lacrosse Magazine and for Inside Lacrosse Television (ILTV).

A 1994 graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Dixon graduated with a bachelors degree in political science. He played both midfield and attack for the Blue Jays and helped Hopkins to four NCAA Championship appearances, including the semifinals in 1992 and 1993.
